PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch or commonly referred to as Panjang port is a port located in Lampung Province. At first, this port was only a small port in Teluk Betung, which was visited by motorized boats and sailboats carrying fisheries and agricultural products out of the Lampung area or conversely transporting goods from outside the Lampung area to the Lampung area to meet the needs of Lampung Province and its surroundings. With the increase in activities in the XVII century by the Dutch East Indies Government, a long port was built, known as "Oesthaven".
The first phase of construction is a 200-meter long dock using a caisson construction with a depth of -7 LWS along with a warehouse with an area of approximately 1000m3. The Panjang port has now grown and developed into an ocean port that serves inter-island and inter-country shipping.
The construction of a Panjang port by adding supporting facilities and equipment continues to be carried out in stages in line with the demands of service users and the development of international trade.
This port will have Ferry Boat Jetty, Container Jetty, Container Field, Wet and Dry Bulk Terminal. Ship services offered at Pelabuhan Panjang include:
