Way Tebabeng EcoPark is located in Jagang Village, Blambangan Pagar District, North Lampung Regency. Way Tebabeng EcoPark covers 7 hectares of land (according on the certificate) and approximately 3 hectares of water.

Way Tebabeng Eco Park is an asset of the North Lampung Regency Government, in accordance to Certificate Number: 08.04.20.06.4.00001 of 1995, covering 72,835 m2 of land area.

  • 20 Km from Kotabumi Train Station

Accessibility to the Way Tebabeng tourist attraction location is adequate, the road has been asphalted and on the right and left sides of the road retaining wall has been built.

• Current facilities: large parking area, toilet facilities, recreation facilities (gazebo).

• To increase visitors, this location needs more events, such as sports and arts events.

• Supporting Factors: community support and the natural beauty of the dam.

Offered Form of Cooperation. Cooperation between North Lampung Regency Government and Investors to develop and manage Way Tebabeng Tourist Attractions with a Profit Sharing System.

Business Incentive Providing Program in the North Lampung Region. One of which is the ease in processing license, in accordance with regional regulations (Perda) which are planned to be created in the 2024 fiscal year

Way Tebabeng Eco Park Development

Stated in the North Lampung Regency Regional Tourism Development Master Plan Document (RIPPARDA).

  • A Site Plan has been established, which is a collaboration of the North Lampung Regency Government and the Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA)
  • The Way Tebabeng EcoPark master plan has only reached the site plan stage, it has not yet reached the feasibility study or detailed engineering design (DED) stage.
  • Therefore, the North Lampung Regency Government still looking for opportunities of cooperating with external parties to reach the stage of development the Way Tebabeng EcoPark.
