The Tegineneng Industrial Estate located in Tegineneng District is a plan to develop an industrial estate located in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. This industrial area is located in the strategic path of ALKI I, which is planned to be developed as a variety of industry-based industrial estate and will be added in accordance with that passed by the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. The Tegineneng Industrial Estate is expected to have a lot of positive influence in accommodating and developing centers of improvement, education, health, and a stretch of land which is very supportive of community activities. The Vision of the Development Tegineng, Industrial Estate is "The realization of the Tegineng Industrial Estate as an Industrial Park based on an Environmentally Friendly, Sustainable, and Environmentally Friendly Industrial Park".
Of the seven alternative locations that have the potential to become development sites of the Indutsry Area in Tegineneng District, the best location was chosen, which includes aspects of spatial suitability, topography, land use, land status, water sources, electrical energy sources, telecommunications networks, and the level of regional accessibility. In the process of analysis, it was formulated that location III, in the villages of Rejo Agung and Bumi Agung, designated as priority industrial areas, location IV, in Bumi Agung Village, Kota Agung, Rejo Agung and Gunung Sugih Baru as reserve land, and V, location in Bumi Agung Village as supporting land.
The Development of Industrial Estates in Tegineneng Subdistrict was developed in an area of +1,200 (one thousand two hundred) hectares in accordance with the direction of the plan in the Pesawaran District RTRW. However, the optimum size to be developed into an industrial area of +955 (nine hundred fifty-five) hectares. Tegineneng Industrial Estate has several advantages over proximity to several supporting access service points, namely Raden Inten II Airport, the Capital of Lampung Province in Bandar Lampung and access to Panjang Port in Bandar Lampung.
