The realization of foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic investment (PMDN) investment in Bandar Lampung in 2018 has increased compared to 2017. The highest increase in FDI realization in 2018 is in the tertiary sector, which is 5.45 percent compared to 2017, with the type of business hotel, transportation, warehouse, and communication. For the secondary sector in 2018 there was an increase of 1.47 percent compared to 2017. The biggest increase was in the type of food industry business.
Whereas for the premier sector there was no increase.
As for the realization of domestic investment in 2018 Rp. 1,474,176,024,677 and in 2017 Rp. 1,033,079,524,677. That means that in 2018, the realization of investment in 2018 increased by 42.70 percent or Rp. 441,096,500,000 compared to 2017. The highest realization of domestic investment in 2018 was in the secondary sector at 76.28 percent compared to 2017, with the largest increase in the type of food industry . The tertiary sector in 2018 has increased by 20.51 percent compared to 2017. The increase is in the types of construction, trade, hotel and restaurant, transportation, warehouse and communication, housing, and other services.
